12 recruits and a team of 100 from personals = 2 nights and convention ticket.
10 recruits and 200 team with at least 2 teams of 50 = 25% of trip not to exceed $750 ... $250 in US
8 recruits and 200 team and 3 teams of 50 = 50% of trip not to exceed $1,500 ... $500 in US
